The Oregon Chapter of NASW is happy to announce that the next LMSW/LCSW Exam Preparation Workshop is Saturday,March 14, 2015 in MOB West, Legacy Emanuel Medical Center ( located at 2801 N. Gantenbein Ave., Portland, Oregon.

Check-in is from 8:30-9 a.m., with the presentation from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Lunch is on your own.

This workshop will provide information abouttest taking strategies and the different techniques for studying for the LMSW/LCSW exam. It gives specifics about what to emphasizein studying for the exam and will offer an extensive review of social work theory and curricula. Participants will also receive theirown study manual. Oregon Chapter NASW makes no promise or guarantee of a passing score on any test for licensure simplyfrom taking this class.

Presenter Jody Swisher, LCSW, has been a social worker for over 28 years and has been licensed in both California and Oregon.She has practiced in many clinical settings including Oncology, Rehab, Medical Social Work and Crisis Stress Debriefing. She has been an instructor in the Medical School at OHSU, and is currently in private practice.
