SUMMARY
For over sixteen years, Mr. Zajączkowski has also served as a translator and interpreter for a broad range of clients, including: ALLTEL Information Systems (Pekao S.A. and PKO BP projects), ABN AMRO (internal regulations), Avocent (training), Autostrady Wielkopolskie S.A. (negotiations, contracts), Avon (internal procedures), Abbot, Bristol Myers Squibb (contracts, internal corporate documents), Chiron Healthcare Ireland (contracts and tender documents) National Power UK (PAK S.A. acquisition), Sun Microsystems (presentations), France Telecom / TP S.A. (due diligence, contracts with suppliers) and the World Bank (Energy Assistance Program). He has also provided simultaneous (booth) interpretation at meetings with financial analysts, in connection with the IPOs of PKO BP and PGNiG S.A. Mr. Zajączkowski specializes in providing comprehensive support for major sales and merger projects (€100+ million), including both interpretation of negotiations and on-the-fly translation of emerging contracts. He is fluent in the terminology used in legal documents and in the following industries: IT, banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, fast moving consumer goods, energy and telecommunications.
Mr. Zajączkowski has eleven years of part-time experience as an EFL teacher and tutor, helping adults (AL) improve pronunciation and vocabulary in business, information technology, finance and law and helping children (YL) improve fluency, pronunciation and vocabulary. During the 2002/2003 school year, he taught EFL full-time at the British International (NATO Corps) School in Szczecin. Subsequently, he taught EFL to individuals (AL & YL) and small groups at Herbapol, Proctor Gamble, Mitsubishi and Siemens. He is also currently working (for a total of 7 hours per week) with children aged 4-8.
