18 Hole League
Handicaps and Divisions
USGA handicaps will be used for the 18 hole league. Players will be broken down into 3 divisions. A (0-20), B (21-30) and C (31-40). Maximum handicap will be 40. If your handicap is over 40 that is ok you will just be adjusted downward for the event. USGA handicaps are provided with golf course season memberships. Non-members may purchase a handicap at $40.
Rules of Play
Unless otherwise stated or modified by the format of play, the ball shall be played down everywhere. USGA rules govern play unless modified by a local rule. (see score card for local rules) Allplay shall be played from the Red Tees unless otherwise noted for a specific event.
Weekly Registration
Each week e-mail me by Tuesday 8 AM to let me know if you are playing.No phone calls. Some events will be pick a partner event. Be sure you list a partner for that event, and be sure your partner knows you are partners. Those who have not emailed by Tuesday, can still be added if space is available.
Results
All results will be emailed out to the league. E-mail will be the main form of communication. Be sure to e-mail me with questions about event or results and if you think there is a problem.
League Dues
The cost to join the league is $60.00.
Score Cards
In most cases your score card will be waiting for you at the course counter. Once your round is complete return the card to the pro-shop. Cards will need to be signed by scorer and attested by another player in the group.
Player Responsibilities
- Sign up timely
- Play with your assigned group
- Arrive at the course well before start time
- Keep pace of play
- Review score card and rules of play prior to round to be use they are accurate and you understand the event.

- Gross and Net
- These events are played within divisions. There shall be winners for both low gross and low net scores. Net scores are based off of 100% USGA handicap.
- Quota
- Quota is a system of points earned on each hole based on a player’s gross score. Each player starts with a base score of points equal to their handicap. Players then earn additional points based on the scale below. Player with the most points wins.
- Double Bogie 1 point
- Bogie2 points
- Par3 points
- Birdie5 points
- Eagle 8 points
- Sixes
Players rotate partners after every six holes so that each member of the foursome, over the course of the round, partners with every other member. Partners scores will be combined for the 6 holes.(net) At the end of the day there will be winning teams from the first 6 holes, second 6 holes and final 6 holes.
- Better Ball Net
- This is a two player event. Each player plays their own ball throughout. The score for the team on any given hole is the lowest net score of the two on said hole. Played at 100% handicap
- Hate ‘Em
- Prior to the start of play the player must highlight on their score card 2 holes they hate. These holes will automatically revert back to par. At the end of the round, add up the strokes (including the two pars on your Hate 'Em holes), deduct your handicap and the low score wins. Note: record your actual gross score on the hate’Em holes, any adjustments will be made after the round.
- Stableford Event
- This event is similar to a quota event but in reverse and with negative points for high scores. All points are awarded based on Net Scores.
- Eagles 6 points
- Birdies4 points
- Par2 points
- Bogie1 point
- Double bogie -1 point
- Over double -2 points
- Blind Luck
Two holes will be randomly selected while players are out on course that at the end of the round will be reverted back to par. - Beat the pro-shop
Played at 100% of handicap.Players will try to beat the pros score as he plays within the event.
(Nine- Hole League)
The Ninehole league has been designed to be a fun golf round, with easy sign up, simple rules of play and a time friendly round. Any member of the 18 hole league may play in the 9 hole league at any time as part of their 18 hole league dues. NineHole league members annual dues are $30. The nine hole league will play at 9:30 AM each week and tee off hole #1.

Weekly Registration
Arrive at the course by 9 AM for a 9:30 start time. All players will be paired up prior to teeing off.
Handicap
Players score history will be kept in-house. There will be no need for USGA handicaps. Players may purchase a USGA handicap if they like, but it is not required and will not be used for nine hole league play.
