EASTER 2018- BOOKING FORM
The Springer’s Holiday Club opening hours are: 7:30am to 6:15pm.
To guarantee a place, all sessions must be pre-booked (via: text / email / post) and the times required must be specified at the time of booking. A ‘Registration Form’ must have been completed and on file for each individual child booked - this is a requirement of our Ofsted registration.

FULL DAY: The cost for 1stchild is £21.00 OR £19.00 for siblings
HALF DAY SESSION: The cost for 1st child is £14.00 OR £12.00 for siblings
*NOTE: HALF-DAY TIMES are: 7:30am to 1:00pm OR 1:00pm to 6:15pm
PLEASE NOTE:
UPDATED BOOKING, PAYMENT & REFUND TERMS (effective 19th February 2018):
Any changes or cancelations MUST be made in writing/text message or they will not be accepted.
Full payment of ‘Day Rate’ must be made in advance or at the start of each session.
Any Booking made after the deadline will incur a £5 Late Booking Fee / family (only if available).
Any Amendment/Change made after the deadline will incur a £5 Admin Fee / family (only if possible).
Cancelation charges will be as follows:
- 1 week or more = 100% Refund
- More than 24 hours but Less than 1 week = 50% Refund
- Less than 24 hours / On the Day = No Refund
Please note that as of 1 September 2018 we are introducing an annual £5 Registration / Administration Fee per family. All families will be required to complete new Registration forms at this time.
- * Wristband Activity Charges* are to be paid in cash on the day. Only children with wrist bands will be able to participate in the specific activity. In the event of trips - no staff will remain on site so setting closed.
- Children bringing in their own personal belongings are required to be responsible for them and the club is in no way liable for any damages to these items.
- Please ensure ALL clothing and personal belongings are labelled and taken home at end of each session.
The completed booking forms must be received by the Deadline:
Monday 19th March 2018.
Any bookings made/amended after this date will incur a £5 fee to be paid
before or at first session. All bookings taken on a first come first served basis.

INFORMATION AND THINGS TO REMEMBER FOR THE HOLIDAY CLUB:
We hope to spend as much time outdoors as possible so please ensure your child has appropriate clothing
as well as sun-cream applied at home. All items of clothing and personal belongings to be clearly labelled.
LOST PROPERTY will be kept for 2 weeks after last day of Holiday Club and will then be donated to
the local charity shop.
Allergies & Medical Information
Please ensure your childs records are up to date regarding allergies and medical information. We have a few children with Nut and Sesame seeds Allergies, so would therefore ask that
ALL childrens lunchboxes MUST NOT have any foods containing NUTS or SESAME SEEDS.
Notice To Parents/Carers
Any children requiring underwear changes will be required to pay £0.50p for the cost of underwear as it cannot be
washed and re-used. Any borrowed outer clothing to please be washed and returned as soon as possible.
