InfoTech has been assisting Tele Atlas (formerly ETAK) for the creation of the digital Data involving Street Mapping for the various clients of US to be sold as CD-ROMS. These are also being used for In-car navigation system.
The INCA tool is useful in performing the Automated Quality Checks on Spatial data. This application works on spatial data whose quality is to be checked according to one or more number of Quality Checking Rules that are provided to it. The rules can be selected according to the user's requirement and the enhancement of INCA is in progress with new rules.

The major features are Main-pressure, Medium-pressure, Low-pressure pipes using different pressure Maps and attributing the pipelines using the AML’s. After attributing all the features, the data will be dumped into Oracle SQL.

This is a GIS based project which involves digitizing of pipelines. Client will send us source maps, tax maps and details of the pipeline and its location. Firstly all the features (Parcels, Foreign pipe crossings, Hydro features, Fence crossings etc.,) surrounding the pipeline are captured in Auto CAD using the Arial Photographs supplied by the client. After completing the digitization the Auto CAD files are exported to ARC Info coverage’s. The cleaning and class wise attribution, Pipeline alignment, Parcel creation, Parcel attribution, Routing, Calibration and Annotation are done in ARC Info. All the coverage’s are then converted in to ARC View for Representation and Final checking purpose. Finally all the features, the data will be dumped into Oracle SQL.
