Dear Dog Show Vendor,
Greetings from the Albany Kennel Club and the Troy Kennel Club!!!
Once again, we are hosting our “always fun”, 3-day LEAF PEEPER CLUSTER All Breed Dog Show on the Eastern States Exposition Grounds, Mallary Building, West Springfield, Massachusetts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday – October 19th, 20th & 21st, 2018. We are cordially inviting you to join us for this coming October’s event and hope you save-the-date for our cluster weekend, April 5th, 6th & 7th, 2019, with the Cheshire Kennel Club and the Trap Falls Kennel Club, as well.
Please take a moment to complete the enclosed reservation form and return it with your vendor fee to me as soon as possible, to the address listed below. If I receive your payment before October 10th, 2018, you may deduct a good faith discount of $25.00, as an early bird special.
All vendor space will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. If you have any special requests or needs, please write them on the application, and I will call and do my best to accommodate you. Once I receive your payment, I will send out a packet of information.

PLEASE NOTE: You must bring your own tables since none will be provided. Vendors must tear down and exit the show location within 1 hour after Best in Show on Sunday. Payment in full is required to secure space with this form. Spaced will be allocated on a first come, first-serve basis. Your check should be made payable to: ALBANY KENNEL CLUB.
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL!
