- VERIFY MOTOR VOLTAGE BEFORE INSTALLING MOTOR AND MAKING ANY CONNECTIONS. REFER TO PRINTING ON LABEL AS SHOWN.
- ROUTE MOTOR WIRES TO THE SIDE SHOWN AND INSTALL INTO WIRE TRAPS ON TOP OF SOLENOID WIRES. MAKE SURE MOTOR WIRES ARE NOT PINCHED UNDER MOTOR SUPPORT CRADLE AND DO NOT TOUCH SOLENOID PLUNGERS.
- ROUTE SOLENOID WIRES WITH MOTOR WIRES ON TOP, LEADING TO FRONT OF VACUUM USING WIRE TRAPS AS SHOWN.
- CONNECT SOLENOID AND MOTOR WIRES TO CONTROL MODULE AS SHOWN.
MAKE GROUND WIRE CONNECTION AS SHOWN.
- RUN APPROXIMATELY 290mm OF POWER CORD (ITEM 28) THROUGH STRAIN RELIEFAND SECURE WITH CORD CLAMP (ITEM 29) AND SCREWS (ITEM 8) AS SHOWN.
- CONNECT POWER CORD TO TERMINAL BLOCK FROM WIRE HARNESS AS SHOWN AND TIGHTEN SCREWSSECURELY. ATTACHTERMINAL BLOCK TO SEPERATOR PLATE WITH SCREW (ITEM 27) SECURELY.
- PUSH TERMINALS 3 AND 6 ONTO TOOL CONTROL SWITCH FULLY.
- TERMINALS 8, 9 AND 10 SHOULD EXTEND PAST COVER WHEN ASSEMBLED AS SHOWN. MAKE SURE COVER IS FULLY COMPRESSED AND SECURE. NOTE: N.A. MOD SHOWN.
FOLLOW IEC STANDARD AC COLOR CONVENTION FOR CONNECTING WIRES TO OUTLET:
LINE – BROWN
NEUTRAL – BLUE
GROUND - GREEN
