HOLT FARM INFANTS SCHOOL BREAKFAST CLUB
Dear Parents/Carers
We are pleased to inform you that Holt Farm Infants will be continuing breakfast club facilities for the Autumn term from Monday 7th September 2015. It is our aim to support working parents by providing early morning childcare and also to offer children from both the Infants and the Junior School the opportunity to have a healthy breakfast at the start of the school day in a safe, friendly and welcoming environment. The club will be run by members of staff from the Infants School team.
-The club will run from 7.45 am until 8.45 am
-Breakfast will be served between 8.00 am and 8.15 am (sample menu overleaf)
-Last entry to the club will be 8.15 am
-Cost will be £3.50 per session to cover the cost of care and breakfast
-The club will be free to those children who qualify for Pupil Premium Funding
-Sessions must be booked in advance by the Friday of the previous week
-Payment should be made on the Monday or further in advance if you wish
-Numbers are limited and a place cannot be guaranteed
-Junior School children attending the club will be escorted to a member of the Senior Management team in time for registration
-Infant School children attending the club will be directed to their classrooms at 8.45 am
-It is a condition of the club that parents do not use the car park or walk their children across the car park to enter the club
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
-If you would like your child to attend the breakfast club please collect a registration pack and agreement form at the office
-Please complete a booking form indicating which days are required and return with payment
