Requesting the tranfer of 06-5C ,9 Jan-2015 (UID 2015-0187) the enquiry / investingation submited at Sangat Darsham Moga to a Senior Nodal office From Chandighar who will provide justice to me by conducting and investigation in a balanced manner and meaningfull way.
Last 3 (three) aplications / statements including the last one submited and marked by Hon. CM Parkash Badal on 28 dec 2014 at the Sangat darshan 26 NRI-S.O. DSP/NRI dated 05 Jan 2015 has not been frutfull to date.
Our agriculture land of aprox 12 acres a part of which. 04 Kanals 03 Marlas Khasra Nos.76//21/2 (1-15), 76//22/1 (2-8), a farm house was built by my Father. Will Dt.30-11-1995 according to his wishes so Im the owner to the extent of 1/6th share out of farm house bearing Khasra Nos.76//21/2 (1-15), 76//22/1 (2-8), situated in the area of Village Bilaspur, District Moga
Ajaib Singh and Jaour Singh demolished the existing path leading to farm house,so Im unable to enter my own Birthplace. Also in connivance with each other have demolished the “Burjis” erected by Revenue Officer who demarcated the land on my application. The said two persons have removed the Iron Gate which was fixed at main entry of our farmhouse and have sold the same misappropriating the proceeds of sale to themselves and have erected the wall at the main entry.
Also are threatening to implicate in some false/fabricated criminal cases, for which I had to seek the protection/ blanket advance bail order from the court at Moga.
The said two persons are influential in with locals are trying every means to harass and grab my properties,passport,documents or copy even by manipulating police, to be used in an illegal manner and purpose such as human trafficking, drugs, weapons, etc.
It is requested that my life and property be protected from the hands of above said persons namely Ajaib Singh and Jalour Singh and a criminal case be registered against the said persons for committing criminal breach of trust and for misappropriation of my properties and money and threatening my life and liberty.
