Thanks for coming to play! We’re super excited to feature your wonderful wedding. We’re big believers in doing things well at Ivory Tribe – so in order to make sure we don’t miss a beat, please fill out this form with as much information as possible.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

We require a selection of 150-200 professional wedding photos and a video clip (if available) to be supplied via Pixieset (including download pin and password) or Dropbox to th ‘couples names / wedding date - Real Wedding Submission’ in the subject line. I.e ‘Jane & John Smith / 3rd March 2018 - Real Wedding Submission’

Please avoid using ‘Ivory Tribe’ as your folder name.

Please ensure a variety of shots are included in your selection to tell the entire story of your wedding/elopement/engagement. I.e. pre-ceremony preparations, the ceremony, styling details, the reception, couple and bridal party portraits as well as overall venue/space/atmosphere etc.

Note that family portraits are not required.

Images must be supplied as web ready jpeg files, measuring 1200 px (longest edge) x 800 px (shortest edge) at 72 dpi/ppi.

Clips or reels can also be supplied using a YouTube or Vimeo URL along with relevant video ID.

To ensure quality and consistency, all supplied imagery and films must be those of a professional photographer(s) and videographer(s).

We receive an abundance of submissions, so please note we will not accept submissions that do not meet the above requirements.
