Experience Description

I start my career in constriction field and I end up in Operation and Maintenance sector where I still somehow involved in new company projects for the purpose of checking, testing, HSE monitoring,auditing ,engineering drawing review, pre-commissioning, commissioning and finally hand over, such as Salalah Gas supply station expansion ,32" loop line projects, Nimr compressor station project. My first company was Galfar Engineering and Construction, where I was working as pipeline engineer in Harweel project. I was involved in many activities, like pipeline supports fabrication, pipe spools installation and daily, weekly and monthly plan and reports, in addition to, conducting daily tool box talk, supervise and guide man power. I am currently working in Oman Gas Company as Mechanical Technician. Our main business is natural gas transportation where the Periodic maintenance involved static and rotary equipment’s such as instruments air compressor, gas compressor, coolers, scraper launcher/receiver Maintenance, pigging activity, vassal, valves, HPU, Turbine, pumps...est. Our routine is equipment’s troubleshooting, order spare parts, supervises contractors, conducting Operation and Maintenance meeting for work related and more like creating Maintenance Craft Procedure and facility change proposals. In addition, to review operation and Maintenance manuals and international standard to insure all Periodic works meet our requirements.Throughknowledge ofProjects planningand materials handling, able to deliver feasibility study in addition to the ability to putserious input in Concept design, Front End Design, Design review and HAZOP. I had very good experience in integrity assessment through my current job. In addition to very good Knowledge of Cathodic Protection, HeatTreatments and some Mechanical testing Like NDT, UT, Hydro Test,Holiday Test,Concrete Tests and etc.Throughknowledge of hot taping procedure during my Dayes working in salalah region.
