Can I buy my specific seat or seats?

As an exclusive benefit, 49ers season ticket holders can buy seats for the location that’s currently listed on their account. An account ID will be required at the time of purchase or verification of the account by name, address, email on file.

Exact seat purchases are only for existing STHs only. All other seat sales are GA (non-location specific).

Do I have to buy in increments of two?

Yes, seats are only sold in pairs (bolted together next to each other). Single seat sales may be offered in the future if available, but for now are only sold in pairs.

I have three seats in my account, can I buy all three?

No, seats are only sold in pairs at this time.

I only own two seats, but can I purchase additional seats?

Yes. You can you purchase additional seats, but the additional seats would not be specific seats. The maximum is 8.

What are the costs associated with purchasing my seats?

CS STHs = $649/pair. (Price includes tax, shipping/handling)

CS Field Box STHs = $749/pair. (Price includes tax, shipping/handling)

GA = $749/pair. (Price includes tax, shipping/handling)

Levi’s Stadium STH = $649/pair. (Price includes tax, shipping/handling)

How much time do I have to make a decision to purchase my seats?

Season ticket holders will have an exclusive 60-day presale period that includes the chance to buy your exact seat locations at the STH discounted rate. Discount code expires on January 2nd, 2014. Starting December 9th, the general public may purchase GA seats. (GA & LS Buyers = Non-Specific Seating only)

Are my seats being held for me during this presale? Can someone else buy my seats?

Season ticket holders have an exclusive 60-day window to purchase seats, including exact locations. At this time, there is no set deadline for exact-seat sales, but starting December 9th the general public can begin to buy GA non-specific seats. We will communicate a final deadline sometime early next year for STHs to purchase their actual seats.

I am an SBL holder at Levi’s Stadium, but do not have CS season tickets, can I buy seats?

Yes. Beginning on November 18th, you may purchase non-specific seating from CS Park. As a new stadium SBL holder, we are offering you the same discount as our CS season ticket holders. Seats are $649/pair.

During the STH presale, can I buy someone else’s seats, or seats other than my own?

STHs wanting exact seat locations may only purchase seats within their account at the current time. An account ID is required.

Can I buy seats I used to sit in? I either relocated or reduced my seat total over the years, but would love to have the old ones, too.

No, only seats existing on the account at the current time are available for purchase as exact locations.

Can I pay with a credit or debit card other than a VISA? (If so, and we are selling them, Archtics privileges need to be reinstated).

o  Yes, Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX are accepted. No Discover.

v  Is there a payment plan in place?

o  Yes, we have two payment options – a PIF option or a 50:50 plan. For the 50:50 plan, the first payment is due upon purchase and the then the remaining 50% payment will be auto-charged on 1st business day of the following month – no less than 30 days from the initial purchase. Ex: Buy on 10/30, next payment is run 12/2.

v  What is the refund policy?

o  Per the City, at this time all sales are final.

Will there be a confirmation email/receipt available to me?

o  Yes, we will send multiple communications which include:

§  Order confirmation

§  Order-in-process email

§  Order-has-shipped

§  Customer Experience Survey following receipt of seats

v  How are these being shipped?

o  This is TBD and will be finalized once the deal has been signed.

Will a signature be required upon delivery?

o  This is TBD and will be determined in final deal.

Will I receive email notification of the shipment of seats?

o  Yes, there will be order, processing, and shipment confirmation emails.

Is there a shipping charge/service fee or any additional cost to me?

o  Any sales tax plus shipping and handling is included in the total cost.

When I receive these seats will they be able to stand on their own, or will I need to bolt/secure them down to keep them stable?

o  The seats will arrive fully assembled and bolted onto a custom base.

If there is a year delay in the removal of the seats, what will be Candlestick’s function be over that year? Why the delay?

o  The City of San Francisco owns and operates the stadium and will determine future usage after the 49ers leave. The timeline here simply reflects the process by which the actual seats can be removed, sorted, and shipped.

Can I purchase other “artifacts” like signage or pieces of the field? If so, what’s the cost/process?

o  The City of San Francisco will have final say on whether additional artifacts will be put up for sale. There are currently no plans in place for further sales.

What is the maximum number of seats that I can purchase?

o  There is an 8 seat maximum (for accounts with 8 or more seats on their account)

When will the chairs be shipped to me?

o  Tentative ship date is December 2014
