Title of position:
Distribution Account Executive

Reports to Sales Manager / Location of the job:
Sales & Distribution
Core purpose of the Job: Perform a range of company distributors Administration and Business processing duties which may well require communication and liaison with individuals and groups out side of the organization.
  • Responsible for carrying outwork under instructions by their line manager.

Key Performance Areas: Core, essential responsibilities / outputs of the position (KPA's)
Key Tasks:
  1. Deliver SIM / Airtime monthly target letters to assigned TP and submit back a singed copy by the TP (Target acceptance)
  2. Visit Daily to TP, Develop and retain relations with TP.
  3. Develop & drive TP direct sales team & Conduct TP staff training (monthly)
  4. Identify and attend to specific TP needs, complaints and drive corrective actions to resolve problems.
  5. Prepare sales plan for TP for achieving desired targets.
  6. Follow-up TP orders and ensure for proper delivery of stock
  7. Ensure proper stock be available in the market and with TP.
  8. Develop the market (with RSD) and provide the TP with new market potentials – (Market penetration)
  9. Monitor daily, weekly & monthly sales performance report.
  10. Ensure assigned target achievement (100%)
  11. Ensure stability of product price in the market, control cross border sales
  12. Conduct trade shows via TP in assigned regions and new area launch

  1. Lead and support the RSD team and ensure execution of RSD targets, provide on the job training for new RSD
  2. . Educate TP about commissions, pricing and increase awareness of company’s products
  3. plan for visit to regions along with RSD and TP, to check desired POS count, market stock ,TP’s regional stock, market visibility in comparison to competition

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant back ground.

Experience:
  • Minimum 2-4 yrs relevant working experience.
