Non-Profit Organization
A not-for-profit scientific, technical, professional, labor, consumer, trade, or other association or organization involved in standards, certification, or other relevant activities.

All Contributions to the American National Standards Institute (“ANSI”) Energy Efficiency Standardization Coordination Collaborative (“EESCC”) as well as to the resulting ANSI EESCC roadmap that will be developed by the EESCC (“ANSI EESCC roadmap”) must be accompanied by this form. For general participation, you may write "General - Work in Progress"under “Title or Description of Contribution” below. If you subsequently submit something that is the work product of others, you will need to submit a form specific to that contribution(s).

Contributor agrees to the following:
The Contributor grants a royalty free, irrevocable, worldwide license to ANSI: (1) to use, copy, distribute and make Derivative Works of the Contribution; (2) to incorporate any text contained in the Contribution and any modifications thereof into the ANSI EESCC roadmap; (3) to assert exclusive copyright in ANSI’s name over any such ANSI EESCC roadmap which may include portions of the Contribution; and (4) at ANSI’s sole discretion, to reproduce, in whole or in part, publish, distribute, package and sell the ANSI EESCC roadmap. The Contributor warrants that he/she is the author of the Contribution or, to the extent such Contribution is, or contains, the work of others, s/he has obtained all necessary authorization to grant this license to ANSI.
