U14: $200 per team
U12: $100 per team
U10: $100 per program – Please Note: This is regardless of the number of U10 teams each program registers.

10:30am – 2:00pm Boys U14, U12, U10 Scheduling – All teams must travel outside the Greater Indianapolis area twice during the 2017 season.
2:00pm 2017 IYLA Boys Annual/Scheduling Meeting Concludes
Each IYLA Member club MUST use the player roster form found on the IYLA website for ALL U14, U12 and U10 IYLA boys and girls players and teams. NO OTHER FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND IF SUBMITTED WILL NOT BE RECORDED AS RECEIVED. This information must be submitted no later than March 12, 2017.
Scheduling Checklist
· Bring a calendar with you!
· Remember to bring a check for your league dues.
· Please make sure you have the address of your Home Fields (and any other fields where you may be hosting games).
· Please make sure you know the number of teams that you will have this spring.
· Please Make sure that you have updated the IYLA website with Head Coach Contact information for each team AND the communications designee for your organization.
· Please verify which days your players are available and/or if your fields are available before the scheduling meeting (Be aware of scheduling conflicts like school events, band concerts, school trips, spring break, etc.… these are posted on the school websites)
· Will you be charging for home games? If so, how much?
· Helpful tips to make this process go by smooth and quick
· If planning a program play Day, coordinate this with the rest of your program prior to the meeting. U14, U12 and U10 coaches schedule at separate times.
· Please try and reserve weekend games for out of town teams (whether traveling or hosting).
