A.  CONVENING THE BOARD

In accordance with DOD Directive 1225.07, date 23 April 2007, the board held its annual meeting at 1000 hours, 25 April 2013 at the Marine Force Reserve (MARFORRES) Facility in Algiers, LA. Some principle and alternate members attended the meeting via teleconference.

The minutes of the JSRCFB, State of Texas, 26 April 2012 were provided to members prior to the meeting, and were approved with the following changes:

Paragraph A, Convening the Board: DOD Directive 1225.7 change to DOD Directive 1225.07

Paragraph F, Other Business: strike “available due to BRAC”.

USAR will host the next meeting, tentatively scheduled for 24 April, 2014.

USNR will host 2015 meeting.

TXANG will host 2016 meeting.

H.  ADJOURNMENT

Conference concluded at 1200.
