6. / Description of content: This Draft Uganda Standard specifies the requirements, sampling and test methods for fortified wheat flour prepared from common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), club wheat (T. compactum Host.) or a mixtures thereof intended for human consumption. It does not apply to wheat flour obtained from Triticum durum.
