2)Review and agreement of last meeting minutes: – updates on actions taken - Minutes agreed as accurate
3)Consultation Event: -
- Consultation review – Clare updated on proposed event, essential we gather info for the action plan by end of Feb in order to maintain grant status
- 12- 5pm - Rota – volunteers gathered
4) Review of group structure:-
- Appointment of new Treasurer - proposed as Peter Tickner - Approved
- Call for new Chair- Joseph to stand down from Chair - look to have a new chair in by end of the month
Constitution signature: – update from Joseph about content and requirement to sign (review in May – AGM)
ACTION from all who haven’t signed to ensure this is signed ASAP
5) Action plan update:-
- Claire ran through what the action plan is and what it means to us as a group
- The data from the consultation will form part of the action plan which will support the NDP
- Feedback, priorities required from the consultation / info required from UWE
ACTION to speak to Katie McClymont to ensure we have all the info from the students in November to inform the first steps plan
6) Budget and financial update:-
- Administration of group bank account
- How and where to store hard copies of administration – box with the treasurer
- Delegation for uploading documents onto Wordpress website - if anyone wants to upload anything to word press please contact Clare Holbrook who can support you
- Reminder to bring copies of admin and expense receiptsto be stored in temporary box-folder

- Review of website - aim to re-launch the website by the event on the 20/02

Discussion of combined effort with SNTMcD's / Rule 6 Status Application / pro bono legal assistance
Update – rule 6 status given – all documentation has been given to Mike (over 100 letters of objection) / required to submit a formal proposal by next Thursday (04.02) to include maps, documents, who is going to stand in the inquiry, we are supposed to liaise with the council on this. Info already distributed by email by Mike Jempson.
ACTION - LOU… to give the council a call to see if we can push this date back (Anna Penn) – can Laurence be called as an expert witness by the council
- Pro-bono is in progress – the solicitors haven’t confirmed we have formal backing yet
ACTION - MIKE… to contact the pro-bono team to try to get an agreement about taking on this case
- Laurence Rae – has confirmed he will be a witness at the inquiry if required
ACTION – Focus group for activity - Joseph / Claire H / Mike J / Sam / Lou etc. all look to support the McD’s actionetc…possibly meet on Thursday (list taken during the meeting)

- 10 -12 am - 13th of Feb consultation at the Methodist church on Guinea lane to discuss establishing a Friends of Fishponds Park Group - £19,000 has been allocated to support the improvements
