3. Treasurers Report / § March 2017

§ Need new signatory for bank account. LMcM to complete form.
4. Club Update / § Jack already looking at players for next season.
§ Operation Brave – academy system being revamped by SFA, will be playing summer football for younger players and reserve league will be back. Will be an increase in subsidy but costs will also increase and full time specialists needed eg Sports Scientists. Looking at sponsorships.
§ Work ongoing on contracts for next season
§ Harry Davis will not be ready until pre season
§ Lewis Morgan still struggling a bit.
§ New strips – will hopefully be ready much earlier than previous years and available in the club shop which is being extended.
5. Events Update / § Discussion Points
o Golf Day – looking at date in September, noted that 1st weekend is an international weekend
o Food Bank – 23 crates and some money which purchased 62 litres of UHT milk. Remember to publicise again the day before to remind people. Put certificate up on website once we get it.
o Family Stand event – went very well, everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Will now use format for Christmas parties.
o Burns Supper – committee to be re-established asap
o Player of the Year – POTY – to ask absent members for their votes. YPOTY agreed Kyle Magennis. SM/AM to get trophies.
o 30th Anniversary dinner – 12th May – will email members and book table
o Open Day – agreed for pre-season
o Race night with Bells/League winning team – arrange for October.

o Special thanks to Jim Crawford and the club staff who helped

o KW to get suitable dates in September for Golf event
o AW to get stats for children in Main and West Stand
6. 1877 Supporters Club / § Discussion Points
o Children’s area not really completed, proposed that some of the income from this year’s fees is used to upgrade the area and

o Fans Council will sponsor the upgrade of the Children’s area.
o £1000 loan has been repaid.

o AW to provide quotes for work to children’s area at next meeting.
7. AOB / § AG suggested that we have panda masks for last home game of season. AW to get figures, Club may help with costs. Combine this with flag day and ‘clappers’
§ JN raised that for cup final you needed to give personal details for tickets. Some of older fans were getting turned away and not getting tickets. Apparently SPFL required these, but AW to check.
§ SLO – 2 about to be announced, John Allison and John White.
§ Possible commercial contact – Diamond Studio – contact passed to AW
§ End of season RIP – agreed that request goes up on the club website as well as Fans Council. AM to collate names and get back to AW/TF re numbers
