Program Director Workshop on the Use of MPPS Standardized Evaluation Tool for LECOMT Interns, Residents, and Fellows

(There will be two sessions to choose from: 8 AM – Noonor1PM – 5PM)
In this workshop you will
Learn about the LECOMT approach to comprehensive intern, resident, and fellow evaluation;
hear about an overview of the entire MPPS process;
learn about the methods and validity of the MPPS approach and well as the “what’s and why’s” of 360 degree evaluation;
learn how to orient interns, residents, and fellows to the system
learn how to identify raters and orient them to the system
review assessment reports and learn how to discuss these reports with residents
This workshop will be conducted by Dr. Christopher C. Clark, DME – St. Vincent’s Health System, Erie, PA;
Dr. Hershey Bell, Associate Dean for Faculty Development and Evaluation, LECOM, Erie, PA; Bil Murray – President, Medical Professional Performance System
LECOM anticipates approval by the AOA CCME for 4 hours of Category 1-B credit.
There is no tuition for attending this program if you are a LECOMT Program Director,
DME, or ADME.
