Our Dead tree removal project is complete and the property looks beautiful. Schaumburg Village officials stopped by complimenting the grounds.

Management is impressed as well with the property inspections. Everyone is keeping their patio’s/balconies free of clutter and debris. The parking lots seem to have less litter as well. It is important for all the people who reside here (owners and renters) to help keep the property looking it’s best inside and out and to respect other occupants of the buildings and the rules of CLP.

The 2015 proposed budget will be adopted in our October’s meeting and reflects no increase for the upcoming year however, if we are forced to spend money on repairs that could be prevented by following the rules, we will have no choice but to raise assessments in the future which means rent could be increased on rental units as well. Our main source of revenue is our laundry contract and our assessments. So please use the in-house laundry facilities and pay your assessments on time. The goal is to maintain the property while keeping costs down. This requires everyone’s cooperation and participation.

Despite the warm weather that keeps popping up, boating season is officially over. All boats and seasonal

vehicles must be removed from the parking lot no later than October 15th. If your boat/RV remains in our lot after this date, it will be towed at the owners expense.

HALLOWEEN is right around the corner!!

The Community Rec Center is having their Halloween Boonanza on October 31st from 6 to9 PM. They will have hayrides, games, snacks, moonwalk, etc. Looks like tons of fun for the kids. Schaumburg Trick or Treating hours end at dusk. Have a Happy and safe Halloween!!

Thanksgiving Potluck

Some residents have asked about a Thanksgiving potluck party. I think this would be a great way for our new neighbors to get acquainted. Please stop by the office if you are interested in participating.
