Treasurer’s Report

Box Tops Report

-Mrs. Bachman’s and Mrs. Reed’s classes won the root beer float parties. Crystal will send an email and ask when they would like to have the celebrations.

Teacher Requests

-Mrs. Wilson asked for help with dry erase markers and scotch tape. PTM will ask her to submit a request to the school for supplies first.

-Mrs. Evanson requested funds for the May 31st concerts. PTM approved $50 for refreshments and will organize help serving.

-Mrs. Stevens asked for help locating a VHS player for the middle school. PTM will send an email to the staff to see if anyone would like to donate. If not, PTM will look into buying one.

-Mrs. Hollist requested funds for material to make a solar oven for Earth Day. PTM approved.

-Sunshine Fund requested donations for retiring teachers, PTM approved.

Old Business

-March 17th Movie Night – It was a hit! The community enjoyed it and we received more donations. PTM decided to host another movie night on May 12th. We talked about possibly having an outdoor movie during the summer.

New Business

-April 7th – Spaghetti Feed “Meatballs and Monkeybars”. Dinnerfrom 6 to 8pm, playground fundraiser.

  • Groovz dancers are going to perform for entertainment around 6:30 pm.
  • Michele and Bill’s business is going to donate the food. Michele will start cooking after school.
  • Michele will send out a Robocall reminder.
  • Crystal will help set up and admissions at the door. Cami will be there for set up and serving, Jen G will be able to help clean up.
  • $5 per person or $20 per family.
  • We will also have a 50/50 raffle for an additional fundraiser.
  • Early registration (20% off) for the 5k Fun Run will be available.

-2nd Annual Run for the Rock 5k will be moved to May 20th with a social event on May 19th.

  • $20 for adults, $10 for students
  • Jenn called the Shirt Shop and they can make shirts for $4 to $4.25 per shirt with an order of 100. All PTM members have committed to line up one sponsor by the end of the month. Yellow shirts with blue lettering, sponsor logos on the back.
  • Sponsors so far are Sagehill Plumbing, Country Store, Industrial Roofing, Bitterroot Valley Archery, Pepsi, and The Closet Guy.

-Staff Appreciation Dinner – scheduled for May 2nd, Taco Tuesday.

  • Cami to reserve the Senior Center and Jen G. to make appreciation signs for the teachers again.

School Store –Set up @ 10:45 and wrap up around 12:30.
