OCTOBER 27, 2015
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Lodi Town Hall a Public Hearing will be held on the 2016 Proposed Budget of the Town of Lodi, Columbia County, Wisconsin. The proposed budget in detail will be available for inspection beginning Monday, October 12, 2015 on the Town of Lodi website www.tn.lodi.wi.gov and at the Lodi Town Hall, W10919 County Road V, Lodi, Wisconsin from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday beginning Monday.

OCTOBER 27, 2015
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, October 27, 2015, immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing stated above, a Special Town Meeting of the Electors, called by the Town Board pursuant to WSS 60.12(1)(c) will be held for the following purposes:
1. Resolution 2015-09 to approve the total 2016 highway expenditures pursuant to WSS 81.01(3)
2. Resolution 2015-10 to adopt the 2015 town tax levy to be paid in 2016 pursuant to WSS 60.10(1)(a)

Pursuant to WSS 19.84 the Town of Lodi Town Board will hold a meeting at the above date, time and location. It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governing bodies of the Town may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to in this notice.
