TENDER NOTICE
File No. 6/1/2015-16 (G&P). Sealed tenders are invited from the Islamabad / Rawalpindi based firms having proper shops and telephone facility, duly registered with sales tax authorities along with vendor numbers for supply of tyres for official vehicle Toyota Land cruiser V8 (Protected/Armoured) of the Ministry of Interior Islamabad. The terms and conditions will be as under: -
u The detail of specifications of armored vehicle tyres may be obtained from Room No.604 “R” Block Pak. Secretariat Islamabad on any working day form 9:00 a.m to 03:00 p.m.
u The interested firms may submit the sealed tenders by 10:30 a.m. up to 04th December, 2017.

u The tenders shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m in presence of bidders or their representatives.
u The prices quoted should be valid for financial year 2017-18. The successful bidders shall be responsible for delivery of items to the Ministry of Interior Islamabad at their cost.
u All the bidders will have to submit proof of GST/NTN/Vendor registration.
u Earnest money equal to 5% of the total value of quoted tender cost in the shape of call deposit in the name of DDO Ministry of Interior may be attached.
u This Ministry reserves the right to reduce / enhance the number of items to be purchased. The Ministry will also reserves the right to accept or reject any one or all offers by assigning justification/deficiency if any.
u Incomplete and late submitted tenders shall not be considered.
