SUBJECT: Bonus Announcement for Atlanta Office Branch Employees
The final financial report for last year has been received, and the profits were even better than expected! In appreciation of the contributions made by the employees of the Atlanta Office, we are announcing that we will be distributing a $500 bonus check to each employee in the upcoming weeks. This bonus check will be in addition to the previously announced individual raises.
The year ending financial report we recently received from our accounting firm included data from several large construction jobs that had not been in the previous report. The result of including this additional information in the report was to increase the profits for last year beyond previous expectations. A decision has been made by the McDuff, Inc. management that these additional profits should be shared with the employees of the Atlanta Office whose efforts were responsible for them. I am pleased to offer my personal congratulations to each employee and announce that each employee in the Atlanta office will be receiving a $500 bonus check that will be distributed on the 31st of January. This bonus check, in addition to the individual raises previously announced, provides a significant financial reward to you our employees in recognition of a job well done. Please note that the bonus checks will be subject to the usual deductions such as state and federal taxes.
Due to the teamwork and extra effort of our employees to complete our projects in a successful and timely manner last year, we were able to meet and exceed our customer expectations. This bonus check is a result of your dedication to providing this high level of service to our customers.
