Clause 2: Payment

30% will be paid by T/T in advance after 3 days from day sign the contract, T/T70%balanceshould be paid before loading.

Clause 3: Packing

The cargo packed in carton box. The cargo must be printed the buyer’s logo

Clause 4: Spare parts

Provide 1% F.O.C. easy broken parts of total amount

Clause 5: Delivery

Port of Loading: SHENZHEN, CHINA

Port of Destination: CAT LAI, VIET NAM

EBS & CIC should be payed by consignee.

Delivery time: About 25 working days after receiving 30% deposit and confirming all the packing details.

Clause 6: Required document

- Commercial invoice:03 Originals 03 Copies.

- Packing List: 03 Originals 03 Copies.

- Bill of Lading : 01 Original 03 Copies.

- Certificate of original form E issued by Chamber of Commerce: 01 Originals.

Clause 7: Claim

Any claims by Buyer of whatever nature arising under this Contract shall be made by cable within thirty (30) days after arrival of the Goods at the destination specified in the bills of lading. Full particulars of such claim shall be made in writing, and forwarded by registered mail to Seller within fifteen (15) days after cabling. Buyer must submit with particulars sworn surveyor's reports when the quality of quantity of the Goods delivered is in dispute.

Failure to make such claim within such period shall constitute acceptance of shipment and agreement of Buyer that such shipment fully complies with applicable terms and conditions.

Clause 8: Warranty

Brand new 100%, time warranty is 1 years. Within 1 year if the cargo corrupt the supplier will send the spare parts but shipping cost should be paid by the buyer.

Both parties agree to execute this contract.

This contract with 03 pages is made in two copies.

Each party keeps one copy and equal valid

The contract have value via fax or email.
