Irish Culture and Society (level 1, evening BA in Sociology)
- I prepared and delivered seminars for a group of 10-14highly motivated and well informed mature students. Responsibilities included marking exam scripts, recording student’s attendance and communicating regularly with students via the ‘blackboard’ e-learning suite
- Acted as a class tutor for around 150 students per semester. I devised and deliver teaching material based on set readings and topics in hour long seminars. Other responsibilities included marking assignments and exam scripts.
Introduction to Sociology (level 1)
- Acted as a class tutor for around 35 students per semester. Devised and delivered teaching material in hour long tutorials. Other responsibilities include recording attendance, marking assignments and the use of ‘Turnitin’ plagiarism detection software.
- Acted as a class tutor and occasional lecturer. Devised and delivered material in 2 hour long research workshops. Other responsibilities included marking 4000 word assignments and, along with course coordinator, agreeing on an appropriate grading criteria.

- I am currently the secretary of the Local Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá'ís of Dublin City and undertake a variety of administrative responsibilities includingthe preparation and distribution of a monthly newsletter,drafting agendas for meetings, taking minutes and keeping in regular communication with community members and committees
