STORES:

Looking all Stores activity (Receiving, Accounting, Storing, Issuing, Despatching), monitoring the stock as per requirement.

F  To ensure accurate inventory and optimum stock levels are maintained through an efficient ordering system while keeping a tab on wastages.

F  Auditing of stock accuracy and investigate causes of inventory inaccuracy.

F  Monitor all inventory activity to ensure accurate reporting and recommend system or process improvements when needed.

F  Materials Control (Analysis on Slow moving & Non moving items and Disposal , FIFO maintenance , Shelf life items control etc).

F  Handling inventories of over 5000 components given the supply lead times and consumption patterns.

F  Perpetual Inventory (PI) verification.

F  Preparation of all MIS reports.
