Delivery / Session Plan

The resource and assessment materials have been developed as self-paced learning guides, however instances may arise where a teacher or trainer is required to facilitate learning by delivering the unit of competency. The following delivery plans can be used to deliver FDFOP2064A Provide and apply workplace information They have been developed as two x one hour sessions plus 2 x one hour sessions for presentation of individual and group projects..

These plans, including time allocations and attached activities are suggestions only. You may need to add to them, change them or substitute them according to the interest level, experience of the learners and the specific situation. It is your responsibility as the trainer to use the most appropriate strategies for your learners.

Communication process
15 min / Good communications are needed to work effectively with everyone in your work place as well as other people in your life. As part of your everyday work you will need to communicate with alot of different people.
Lead a discussion with learners about experiences and problems associated with getting someone to understand what was meant when some information was given to them. (ie what was the experience, what was the problem and how was it overcome)
Bad communications can lead to many problems.
This unit is about learning some skills that will improve your communications.
