ü  Discuss the upcoming FERC, DEA (due February 4, 2009)

Ken Hogan has confirmed that FERC intends to have the DEA done on February 4, 2009. At our January 6 meeting we can discuss how we’re going to handle responses and set up future meeting times.

ü  Develop a strategy for responding as a group (30 days after DEA is issued)

(Eric did mention he will not be available in the early afternoon due to a previous engagement in Lacey scheduled from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.)

Doors open at 8:00 a.m. so that you can arrive early for the meeting.

Parking:

Most of the parking lots surrounding the building are designated for employees. There is metered parking on the street and if you are lucky, you may be able to find an on-street spot that doesn’t have a meter. The metered parking does give you up to 9 hours, but again you have to pay. Come with change on hand, please.

Parking lots are designated within 1.5 – 2.5 blocks from the WPUDA building. The WPUDA building is located between Washington Street and Franklin Street on Union Avenue. Map attached.
