The Survey’s objective is to determine the impact of regulations on the collection/recycling/disposal of paints from households, small quantity generators, and other non-residential collectors/generators (such as paint retailers).

If your state follows the Federal Regulations, check that box. If your state has regulations significantly different from the Federal Regulations, check YES and please, if possible, provide a brief comment.

It is understood that, at a minimum, all states/provinces follow Federal Hazardous Waste and DOT regulations, and in many cases no Federal Regulations apply.

We are most interested in how each state/province regulates paints in its own special way.
