2.  Review and approval of previous meeting minutes / Aug minutes approved
3.  Review of agenda / ·  WITrac Bed counts have been low in the region / ·  MCI counts you have 15 minutes to post counts and Bed counts you have 2 hours to post counts. Contact Jim if you need assistance.
4.  North Central Wisconsin-Healthcare Emergency Readiness Coalition (NCW-HERC) / ·  Region Exercise to be conducted.
·  The Project application has come out.
·  Fatality Management gap. Marathon County is looking to do a study that may fill some of the gap in the region.
·  Reginal Medical Coordination Center (RMCC) is being addressed at the NCW-HERC. A group is being put together to see what this could look like.
·  The fiscal agent will be working off a P.O. instead of CARS. This will streamline reimbursements.
·  The NCW-HERC work plan was sent to all.

5.  WHEPP Advisory Board / ·  No August Meeting
·  Carolyn Strubel left her position at the state HPP program Manager.
6.  RTAC update / ·  NCRTAC-WI.org
·  RTAC conference in May, more to come / ·  None
7.  Local Public Health / ·  None / ·  None
8.  Trainings and Exercise / ·  There will be a reginal exercise this year. More detail to come.
·  Active shooter in Merrill in October.
·  If anyone can do ALICE training contact George at Aspirus Medford Hospital
9.  WITrac/WISCOM / ·  We are now conducting MCI counts on WITrac you have a 15 minute window to enter.
·  There are 2 pilots for WITrac views. Both were looked at. Hospitals should go to their internal committees that work with WITrac and see which view would work best
·  We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for WISCOM in the region. Jim may be able to take this on if the state allows. / ·  Contact Jim with any Questions or concerns
·  Hospital reps bring back feedback from facilities on WITrac views
