1.  Implementation of Performance Measurements for Trainers > new item
a)  A trainer with two or more years of experience must maintain a cumulative 3.67 on 4.0 scale on the Instructor section of surveys which has ten Level 1 questions. A trainer less than two years of experience must maintain a 3.50. Courses with only one participant are excluded.
b)  Complete 15 transactions for each hour of Transaction Practice covered in NTT.
c)  Present one original idea on the third DAY of each month that improves or streamlines training-related processes or functions. Provide three benefits statements to support the idea.
2.  Ideas from Monthly Training Improvement sessions > new item
a.  TRAINER1 suggested that we log the QWERTY Winner and Leader on the roster so that when it is scanned it, we have the record once and not duplicated on several places. Decreases work.
b.  TRAINER2 suggested creating a quarterly professional development meeting for the Team.
3.  Product Service Update Webinars [formerly known as ASDFGHJ]]
Delivered three, one-hour webinars on DAY, MMM DD. ## people attended throughout the branches. Originally there were eight scheduled. The rest of these are on hold due to anticipated technical changes with the external transfers. Recorded webinar on ZXCV TBD.
4.  PSK Classes for newer hires
TRAINER1 and TRAINER2 are scheduling the PSK classes for all the newer hires. TRAINER1 delivered XXXXXXXXX to 12 people between the 3BRANCHES.
5.  NEWPROGRAMIT
This is the replacement product for POIUT conversion. TRAINER3 attended a Train-the-Trainer class DAY, MMM DD- DAY, MMM DD offsite. HR worked with OPS to put together a training schedule that begins DAY, MMM DD.
6.  New Teller Training (NTT) courses
Seventh course of the year was DAY, MMM DD-DAY, MMM DD. TRAINER1 and TRAINER2 were co-trainers. Two new hires: were NEWHIRE1 and NEWHIRE2 both F/T Tellers for BRANCH. OTHERSTAFF, BRANCH POSITION also completed the training. Future NTT classes are listed on the intranet. 19 new tellers to-date. Eighth class of year: TBD.
7.  NTT materials
As a result of the recent LKJHGFDS and the high number of changes to frontline procedures a physical sweep throughout the branches was made to collect any existing New Teller Training manuals. TRAINER1 updated the NTT Binder and removed all references to account numbers or SSN.
8.  IM SAFE…InforMation Security Awareness for Everyone [formerly Hindering Hackers]
Development underway. Delivery is in conjunction with BSA and runs DAY, MMM DD thru DAY, MMM DD.
9.  SERVICE course
The two SEASON classes are in progress. One in BRANCH and one in ANOTHERBRANCH; both started DAY, MMM DD and end in early MMM. There are 11 participants. TRAINERX and TRAINERY are training. Graduation is scheduled for DAY, MMM DD from X:XX pm –XX:XX pm.
10.  Recordkeeping on HRPROGRAM
We are at the final stages and believe that the records are almost complete. We still need to double-check our work. This is in preparation for record-upload to HRPROGRAM.
11.  YYYY Schedule
The Training Schedule for YYYY is underway. Spring and Fall SERVICE classes are tentatively scheduled along with the Summer Intern Training. HR is working on the YYYY NTT schedule.
12.  Business Writing
TRAINERB to spearhead development and delivery on this. Slated for early YYYY. Needs assessment being developed. A business writing framework is also being developed.
