I (and my passengers) agree to abide by any rules and regulations of the meet and all instructions from the Rally committee and officers of the NSW Police Force and observe Road Rules set down by the NSW Government. Further, I/we will accept the decisions of the Rally Committee as final.

I/we agree that the Hudson-AMC Car Club of Australia Inc, its committee, Rally organisers and sponsors will in no way be liable or responsible for any loss of or damage to the vehicles, parts and accessories and/or injury (if any)( that may happen leading up to, or during or following the course of the Rally.

I (the entrant) and my passengers hereby waive the right of any legal action against the Hudson-AMC Car Club of Australia Inc, its committee, agents and sponsors.

I/we accept that the committee of the Hudson-AMC Car Club of Australia Inc and the Rally committee reserve the right to exclude any entrant from further activities with the Rally should that entrant, his/her passengers conduct themselves in a manner detrimental to the Club and/or motoring cause.

Designated Rally Accommodation – Carriage House Motor Inn Wagga Wagga Cnr Sturt Highway and Eunony Bridge Road, Wagga Wagga a Quality Inn. It is situated OFF THE Sturt Highway and has ample parking as well as facilities for car trailers. As entries received they will be allocated, firstly at the Designated Rally Motel, but please note there may be a need to use a second motel close by.

At the Designated Rally Motel, all accommodation rooms are equipped with new flat screen TV’s, Austar, Blue Ray DVDs , free Wi-Fi, Ipod docks, reverse cycle air conditioning, Iron & iron board, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities. A restaurant is on site.
