- I had a meeting with some of the other presidents and Rob Tiffin about blueberry hill. Rob is having another meeting with the presidents
- I posted the election packages and sent them to the masters office

- Monika: Haris is ordering the missing couch
4.2 Vanier Swag/Swag Proposal
- Sena: Were selling to the day of formal
- Melissa: we have sold 6 I think
- Rob: we are stop selling on formal
- Monika: I think we should stop on the 14th
- Melissa: a lot of people are buying sweaters
- Andrew Brown: Melissa, can you talk to dimple, res life what they want for sweaters. Dons and dimple, we are subsidizing for them
- Monika: I’ll make a new form and send it to your email Melissa
- Melissa: I think we should stop selling on the 14th as well
- Ann: is it possible to promote on the screen?
- Andrew Brown: I think it’s possible. Also the 14th makes sense as well
4.3 Blue Mountain
- Monika: isn’t selling the best. We need about 20 people
- Officially there are 7 people who bought
- There is a possibility it might be cancelled
- Andrew Brown: do we have posters for all these events?
- Monika: Haris said he had posters, but he hasn’t put them up or anything
- Rob: I can print them up tomorrow if Haris cant
- Andrew: Send it through the listserv so everyone gets it
- Rob: I think we should break the advertisements for different members
- Alex: the negative about it, we have different amounts of friends
- Monika: we are going to do it no matter what. We need min 20 people or we might lose money
4.4 CN Tower Climb
- Monika: we need to promote more
- Rob: we need to sign up

- Go to health ed and ask for donations
4.5 Formal
- Daniel: when are we going to stop selling?
- Monika: until we sell out. The day before formal. Don’t tell anyone that though
- Rob: Monika and I couldn’t find the consignment sheet
- Monika: we can still do consignment if we wanted it

- Monika: so everyone put their input on the messages
- Pubnight is not happening anymore
4.7 Fitness Class
- Monika: Fitness class yesterday was a good turn out and tonight was pretty good too
- We should post the fitness classes on the listserv
- Ann: we should have posters so we can put it in residence

4.9 Club Funding
- Ann: in the club funding JISA we held off earlier because of the levy. So we didn’t give them any money. I forgot they send out an application, and it’s for their icebreaker dinner and karaoke event. The second was general renovations. 160 and 780

- They wanted to have a display for the 7000 they raised for the earthquake
- The lock block
- We’re going meet with Stan this week so we can help them out with these things

- Alex: the cricket club, setting a team to play in the states
- Its $1500, it will be covered in the news. Hotel compensation
- The 13 people, 7 are Vanier students

- It’s the American college cricket championships
- Rob: they won the year before
- Ann: I think we should fund as much as we can. Maybe we should advertise, put it in the Vandoo. They can send us what they have an we can post it

- In our meeting we agreed to sponsor 1000-1500
- In the beginning of February they had no money.

5.1 York’s 53rd Birthday
- Michelle: someone from York is U approached me to talk about York’s 53rd birthday. They want every college to have a stand to represent themselves
- Everyone: Yes we should do it
5.2 Ice Skating
- Rob: I want to see if we all want to do it
- It’s going to cost under $400
- Either midnight til 2 or 11-1
- Ann: try for the 11

5.1 Raptors Game
- Sena: someone called, they were calling from maple leafs garden. They can give us a deal; they will send it to Haris email. Three deals, different dates
- We will have to talk about it another day
