Jehovah jireh Christian organization is a registered non-profit organization devoted to helping the underprivileged. As a christen organization served by a board of Christian members, we seek to bring people who are disadvantaged into the promises of god that they may realize their full human potential and destiny.

This is no small talk, especially for these young people in living in rural areas, kwazulu natal, South Africa and refugees communities based in south Africa.

Summary:

Averaged about 5.5 millions people in kwazulu natal province living in poverty

These figure respondents by research organization and in this people where justifiably concerned about their living condition, most of them no shelter, foods, education and family support.

During apartheid regime, many black south Africans youth had to drop out of school for different reasons, these included, inter lack of financial support to continue with their education, teenage pregnancy ,death of parents or guardian, early parenting or livestock herding, most young people where also affected by the fight against apartheid regime.

For these reasons, our organization decided to focus our efforts on self-employment empowering unity.

We have a pilot project underway where we start helping these rural communities with a small feeding scheme program community life skill training and farming development programme.

Where, we recruited young people from age of 15 to 25.

AIM/OBJECTIVES:

To assist these people in rural areas with provision of foods and fight against poverty and created a model by providing these families with basic necessaries and to promote employment ,job creation entrepreneurship and promoted self employment independency.

To bridge the gap access opportunities for these beneficiaries completed this programme to enter to job market business entrepreneur and life change transformation which will taken place into the society and train or provide young people with a life empowerment skill training development programme.

To promoted the spirit of ubuntu and African renaissance amongst Africans.

MISSION:

To assisting in creating poor community a profile or locating resources, provided the community with a sustainable better style of living, education empowerment training programme with opportunity of building a model of their future and rebuild the life snatched away from them through poverty and unemployment.

Rise up our new generation form poverty through value life changing, will impact and contributed positively to our nation and the purpose of helping with better social integration and economic boost of south Africa, breaking mentality associated with poverty and create a role model for hope and successful new generation future.

Jehovah jireh Christian organisation decided to focus our efforts on self –employment and unity and we hope that these initiative and possibilities to bring refugees and south Africans together in mutually beneficial environment opportunities will continue to chip away at the animosities borne out of poverty, discrimination, desolation and desperation among for the sake of African renaissance.

DESIRED RESULT:

More than 50 young people will benefit with the empowerment life skill training programme each year and bring South Africans together in mutuality beneficial business opportunities will continue to chip away at the animosities borne out of poverty and desperation. These possibilities are challenging but exciting!

MULTIPLIER EFFECTS:

Will be small scheme farming and ongoing and look forward in future to multiplier production and will continue to extended more establishing small scheme farming and gardening program around rural areas in kwazulu natal.

HE REASONS FOR THE PROPOSED MYTHOLOGY:

Opening up requires a shift form an administration ethos to deal with the complexities of recognizing and listening to a range of stakeholders interest and encouraging entrepreneurial activities to use more entrepreneurial activities as away of fostering the opening process.

RELEVANCE OF THE PROJECT

The project will challenge for community uplifment and community development programme.

Furthermore, it involved poor peoples in rural areas community in their own development and socio economic development in South Africa and it will assist the rural areas community of building the capacity sustainability entrepreneurship, business market, job creation.

EMPOWERMENT LIFE SKILL TRAINING PROGRAM

PURPOSE:

Creating a strategic plan can produce significant value, especially in terms of building human social and civil capital. But that is not enough, would developing effective empowerment skill training program and it will bring life and create more tangible value for the community, traditionally, we’ve focused on supporting the self-employment of small numbers of young people who have shows they have the talents to propel them into position of influence, we need to work with much greater number of young people which going to change their communities with a sustainable solution opportunities this approach remains vital but for the young south African on thee massive scale facing many societies with the potential to become leaders who can influence their country.

THE PROJECT OUTCOME:

Will build people participated in suggesting values and referring of five (5) values: honesty, integrity, caring, trust, and respect.

REFUGEE ALLIAVATION DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME 2008

A Pilot project underway where we start helping refugee’s children’s and their families by providing basic necessities, of distribution of foods, clothing, shoes, blankets and mattresses through churches

The refugees reach this country to find they are scorned, and hindered at almost every level as they try just to survive and rebuild a life snatched away form them through violence and civil war. Many have come to this country well educated and highly skilled only to find they cannot get a job because of in today’s climate of high rate of, even these jobs can be viciously fought over south Africans alike strive to survive while confronting high levels of poverty unemployment rate try to survive with a menial job such as : car guard, security, car wash and some of them backing on street. For this reason Jehovah Jireh focus our effort on self-employment and unity.

We have also start with child care centre with establishment of a crèche and pre-school in the city of pietermarizburg, Kwazulu natal, S South Africa and English learning centre for refugees, and computer literacy.

This is not small talk, especially for the refugee community of kwazulu natal, South Africa. These people, mostly from the war-town zone countries of Rwanda, Drc Congo, Burundi, Somalia, Zimbabwe, and others.

These are just the first of our joint co-operation initiatives, with plans to launch more similar initiatives with the help of corporation and individual grand maker

PROJECT BENEFICIAIRIES:

People living in poverty, young people and refugee’s community based in South Africa with to achievement and satisfaction of creation real public value as changes is introduced rapid idly and worthwhile goals enhanced.

We hope that these projects will grow to such an extent that employment will be created, business, opportunities like opening of shops will materialize, and workshop training will start and to empower these who completed these this courses, this possibilities will continue to chip away at the animosities borne out of poverty and desperation. These possibilities are challenging but exciting!

In conclusion threes are just the first of out joint co-operation initiatives, with plans to launch more similar initiatives with the help of corporate of your company, organization, churches, association and individual grant makers.

JEHOVAH JIREH ‘S GLOBAL YOUTH SERVICE DAY DURBAN 2004

Jehovah jireh went to assist the disadvantaged, for this opportunity, being the global youth service day2007, Jehovah jireh associated with youth with a mission (Australia) volunteers went to minister, counselling and feeding the orphans, street kids and jobless in Durban.

The occurred within Durban’s streets, park and shelter, in order to complete this great task youth with a mission ,the missionaries form Perth(Australia) volunteered to help the jjca.

This program will be out worked once a week within the city of Durban and more volunteers would be greatly appreciated to help in this initiative, it is to our pleasure to report that, the event was a succeeds and we hopefully in GOD for many more initiative and opportunities to improve the lives of the underprivileged community in south Africa and would be launching operation town clean in Pietermarizburg capital city of kwazulu natal province , provided and distribution of food parcel through disadvantaged people and visit kwamashu orphanage in the north of Durban provide and cooking meals for the orphans host 21 day seminar theme: fight crime and HIV awareness.
