Remember – assistants are allowed to attend sessions on a Space-Available basis when not working their shift.
You do not have priority on equipment.
Uniform for the event: you will be given 2 black t-shirt to wear with your assistant lanyard. We recommend comfortable black bottoms and athletic shoes.
Note: the room are usually chilly – plan to wear layers under your assistant shirt –not over.
Also, the shirts do say ASSISTANT on the back – so to avoid confusion for staff and attendees, please only wear your shift when working your shift.

Fusion SETUP Assistants
Report Wednesday, 4/21 2pm
These assistant will work Wednesday afternoon, an approximate 6 hour shift on Thursday and early Friday morning (6am – 8am). Upon completion of shift, SETUP assistants are able to attend sessions on space-available basis.
