Conditions of entry
The cost and the responsibility for the delivery of the work remain with the artist. The Quota Club of Wellington Inc. will not pay freight or any other charges incurred in the delivery or return of the works to either the artist or the purchaser. The Club will exercise every care with works exhibited, but will not be responsible for any loss, damage or breakage to any work whilst in its custody or transit.
Insurance of all works exhibited is the responsibility of the artist.
The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entries must be the original work of the entrant and created within the last two years.
No cameras or movies allowed owing to copyright laws.
Entry Fees
Adult - $20 first item
Each additional item - $5
Under 18 - $5
Under 12 - $5
Late entries will not be included in the catalogue
Entry Closing Date 8th September 2017
The Quota Club of Wellington Inc. will charge 20% commission on all items sold.
Payment for Prizes and sold works will be made within two weeks of the Exhibition.
