All vehicles to be sold will have a Minimum Bid of $80 or more. A complete list of items can be obtained at the Township Clerk’s Office, 52700 Van Dyke, Shelby Township, MI 48316, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

TERMS OF SALE: ALL ITEMS WILL BE SOLD “AS IS”. “ALL SALES ARE FINAL”. All persons wishing to make purchases will be required to register with the auctioneer prior to the auction. Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. Persons wishing to view the vehicles may do so starting at 8:00 a.m. prior to the start of the auction. It is expected that all transactions will be completed and paid in full at the time of sale. Storage fees will commence after the third business day for vehicles not picked up. Checks will be accepted with proper identification.
