Administrative Committee’s: Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Alternate Secretary, Alternate Treasurer were present. Treasurer, RCM, Alternate RCM were not present.

Sub-Committee’s: Activities, H&I, Outreach were present. Public Relations not present, Webmaster still vacant.

GSR’s: Camden Miracles Happen, Design for Living, G.O.D., Lexington Survivors, Milan Clean and Serene, Union City Free Spirit, Boliver Fanning the Flame were present. Never Alone and Sowing the Seed not present. Parsons More Will Be Revealed declared themselves a new group.

OLD BUSINESS

Dustin H. needs $50.00 to take to Region. There was discussion.

Nadine S. filled out a service resume for the open Webmaster position. There was discussion. To be taken back to home groups to be voted on for Webmaster.

There was discussion on putting together a sub-committee for Public Relations until Russ can come back. Jamie L. made a motion to accept old business. Lee R. seconded.

NEW BUSINESS

Christy B. proposed a rough budget for seed money for the upcoming event. There was discussion. Jamie L. made a motion that we go 15 dollars into the prudent reserve. Frank H. seconded. Area gave Christy B. 150 dollars seed money.

It was discussed that every group bring a dish to the workshop/area.

Nadine S. was voted in as Webmaster with 7 votes, 1 opposed.
