Executive Summary

The CALMAC Website Committee held its scheduled conference call to address the attached agenda. The call covered status of the action items from prior calls, discussed the presentation of Policy Manuals, and the use of the home page rolling banner. The next call will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2009 at 9:30 AM PST.

Minutes of Conference Call (Call started at 8:05 AM)

1. Approve minutes of October 14, 2008 Website Committee conference call. Approved Unanimously.
2. Regular Meeting Items

• Review Toolkit document list.
• Pierre will review EE page for updates–Done. No new items to add.
• DRMEC has been asked to review the DR page – Done, modifications made.
• Mary O’Drain will be asked to do LI page. Done

1. Pending issues about the site from prior calls:
2. If one supplementary window is open it won’t let you open another without closing the first. Repair Done.
3. Update on EM&V Contractor page.

-Unverified report – PA Consulting and ASW – have they verified? These have both been cleared up.

-Has link paragraph been moved to after fourth paragraph? Moved.

1. New Business – Any new business?

• Welcome Irene Salazar
• How do we present/store versions 3.0 and 3.1 of the EE Policy Manual on the EE Toolkit page?- Peter will supply short descriptions to add to the titles describing what each Policy Manual version updates. Action: Peter
• Homepage banner – Should we divert it to another use? It is currently used to indicate whether there will be a CALMAC meeting. There seldom are meetings, so we could probably turn it to a better use. Thoughts? Suggestions? - Much contemplation. People will think about it, but in the meantime we will use it as it has been used in the past, for announcing meetings and conferences.
• Meeting time? Is 9:30 bad? 8:00? 8:30? – 9:30 AM is still good for most people.
• Add a CALMAC Home button at the top of the menu in the upper left hand corner of all pages. Action: TOC
