1. Statement of Purpose: Submit a statement of purpose describing your graduate study and career plans.
2. Writing Sample: Submit a writing sample that is a significant piece of scholarly work from your undergraduate career or any research you have done since you graduated.
3. Reference Evaluation Forms: Submit three Reference Evaluation Forms (letters of recommendation) from persons familiar with your academic record. If an applicant received an undergraduate degree from UNT, only 2 references may come from the UNT anthropology faculty.
