TYPES OF EXERCISES

PART 1

GRAMMAR & VOCABULARY

-  Decide which answer A, B, C or D best fits each space.

-  Fill in the sentences with a word from the list.

-  Complete the second sentence so that it has a similar meaning to the first one, using the word given. You must use between 2 and 5 words/ up to 3 words, including the word given.

-  Use the word given in capitals at the end of each line to form a word that fits in the space in the same line.

-  If a line of the text is correct, put a tick . If a line has a word which should not be there, write the word.

-  Think of ONE word which best fits each space.

-  Rewrite the paragraph in another tense.

-  Fill in the gaps with the verbs in brackets in the correct tense
