Early Bird Registration fee is $50 until Nov 20

After Nov 20Registration is $60

Once your Registration form (see next page) and fee is received, your spot is secured.

Registration is non-refundable.

We sell out every year so get your registration in early!!!

Tax Receipt will NOT be issued for registration fees as this covers expenses only (hall & table rental, food etc.).

Registration cheques only are made payable to “Kelly-Anne Lanaus”

You must provide aminimum of $75 in donations in order to be a part of the Crop.

This does not have to be personal funds: ask around the office, ask your friends, neighbours and family, hold a bake sale, garage sale, bottle drive etc. Start now, it’s easy!!!

(Note: tax receipts will only be issued for donations of $20 or more)

What we provide throughout the event:

  • Unlimited Beverages, Snacks, Breakfast and a Catered Lunch will be provided
  • Games and Prizes throughout the event
  • Large space to scrapbook among friends, ½ of a round 6’ table each
  • Music throughout event from our official WTEWC sponsor 104.5 ChumFM
  • Wifi and power (you must provide your own long extension cord

power bar and duct tape)
