Policies/Procedures:

1.  Come to class on time: Three tardies will equal a referral to your administrator. Also, entering class late will result in missed material that is your responsibility to get.

2.  Attention signal: Students will be silent by the end of a countdown from 5, or they will receive disciplinary action.

3.  Show your work: ALL work must be shown on individual assessments to receive full credit. These assessments include but are not limited to daily warm-ups, homework, individual practice, guided practice, quizzes, tests, and exams.

4.  Work in pencil: Mistakes happen, and in order for me to read student work, I require that ALL assignments are to be completed in pencil. Assignments completed in pen will not be graded.

5.  Make up work: Make up work is the student’s responsibility (including homework, classwork, quizzes and test). Students have 3 days to make up any late work, after this time a zero will be given. Material covered during a student’s suspension is not able to be completed.

6.  Late work: Late work is accepted up to 2 weeks after the due date or by the end of the quarter, whichever comes first. Complete late work will be worth up to 70% within the first week, then work up to 50% the second week. After two weeks I will NOT accept late work.
