Installation Instructions
Tools Required:
T-40Torx bit
7/16” box wrench or socket wrench
5/32” or 4mm Allen

14- 6mm X 16mm Allen Bolt (black)

**Please position your POLARIS RZR XP 1000 on level ground before starting this process.**
STOCK DOOR REMOVAL
1)Place the vehicle on level ground to begin removing the stock doors.
2)Starting with the driver side door, locate and remove the lower mounting bolt located inside the vehicle using the 13 MM set up. After removal, close the door to help stabilize removal of the entire door assembly in the next step.
3)Next, move to the upper bolts on the “B” pillar and use the 15MM set up to remove the bolts. Once removed, unlatch the door and remove the entire door assembly.
4)The next step is to remove the stock striker latch that the stock door latched to using the Torx T-40 set up. Retain the stock bolts.
5)Repeat steps 1-4 on the passenger side.
DOOR INSTALLATION
1)Using the stock Torx head bolts, loosely install the supplied steel striker bolt bracket where you removed the stock striker latch. Next mount the supplied 3/8” striker bolt, one washer (on the bolt side) and the 5/16” nyloc nut to the steel striker bolt bracket with the bolt pointing to the rear of the vehicle. Snug the mounting bolts up slightly in a neutral position. (SEE PHOTO A)
2)Using the supplied ¼” bolts and lock washers, mount the supplied latch on the driver side door latch bracket.
3)Once the door latch is mounted to the driver door, position the door as to mount it and connect the latch to the striker bolt. This will act as another set of hands while you install the mounting bolts on the “B” pillar. Using the supplied 10 mm bolts, stock nuts and supplied aluminum spacers, install the 10 mm bolt with the aluminum spacer between the door mounting bracket and the “B” pillar mounting holes.
4)Next use the supplied 3/8” bolt, nut and washer to secure the lower bracket on the Blingstar door using your 14 mm or 9/16” ratchet set up. (See photo B)
5)Adjust door as needed for a smooth operating motion and tighten all of the hardware.
6)Repeat steps 1-5 for the installation of the passenger side door.
7)Once both doors are operating smoothly, mount the door skins with the supplied 6mm button head bolts, washers and nuts and tighten securely using your 4mm allen wrench and 10mm socket set up. Place the washer on the nut side of the skin. Lastly mount the supplied black door knob to the latch.
8)Congratulations on your install!
