Duties included:
· Managing staff of 30 Development, Design and Project Engineers.
· Managing activities in process laboratory and development of Printing equipment, plastic extrusion dies, film orienting equipment, special bag machines, resin blending and compounding equipment, factory automation and system integration.
· Managing installation and start up of new process equipment in U.S. and international plants.
1992 – Dec., 2001 - Cryovac Division, Sealed Air Corp. Duncan, SC – Director International Liaison.
Duties include:
· Manage technology Department with staff of 30 engineers and designers.
· Maintain Department budget of $6 million
· Responsible for developing and transitioning technology for new packaging product manufacture to 28 plants globally in 17 countries. Maintain project budgets of up to $80 million.
· Establish safety protocol and manage Radiation Safety in 21 plants globally. This includes certification of all local radiation officers, compliance to all governmental codes, annual audits and maintenance of radiation technology.
