I have been a General Manager, Marketing Manager, Environmental Scientist and Business Owner for the past 20 years. I have expertise in Strategic Business Planning, Organizational and Change Management, Team Building, Team Leadership and Development, Project Management, Business and Environmental Research and Writing, and Marketing Research and Planning. I have had the pleasure of teaching for the past four years. My teaching experience consists of undergraduate sciences and business courses, and graduate and doctoral level business courses.
This course will provide a broad overview of organizational functioning. This will include basic management, individual differences, diversity, communication, motivation, team building, leadership and the dimensions of organizational structure, design, culture and change.
