AUCTION NOTICE
14 .07.2016
It is notified for general information, that Central Excise & Service Tax, Ranchi-II (Bokaro) Commissionerate desires public auction of condemned vehicle of the department on 11.08.2016 at 11:00 Hrs at “Grand Emerald, KadruArgora Road, Between Road No. 1 & 2, Ashok Nagar, Ranchi -834002”. The details of the condemned vehicle is as follows

2.The vehicle will be auctioned in “as is where is” condition and the status of tax token etc. will be as existing. No claim what so ever will be made by the bidder thereafter.
3.Interested persons may inspect the above vehicle during office hours on any working day between 14:00 Hrs. to 17:00 Hrs. All the bidders are required to deposit a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand) only through “Demand Draft” drawn in favour of “The Assistant Chief Accounts Officer, Central Excise & Service Tax, Ranchi-II” as security money refundable to unsuccessful bidders and register their names with the committee detailed by the undersigned latest by 16:00 Hrs on 10.08.2016.
4. The successful bidder will have to deposit the bid amount after the adjusting the security money on the same day, either in Cheque or Demand Draft drawn in favour of the “Assistant Chief Accounts Officer, Central Excise & Service Tax, Ranchi-II”. Within a stipulated time period, the successful bidder shall also have to re-register the vehicle in his name, before taking its possession. Till then, the vehicle will remain in office campus at hisown risk and cost. The successful bidder will also have to deposit applicable sale tax/VAT as per existing rate, as applicable in the State of Jharkhand with this office before taking possession of the vehicle.
5.In case of failure on the part of successful bidder to deposit full payment and take possession of the auctioned vehicle within the specified time, the entire amount of the security money shall be forfeited.
6.The undersigned reserves all rights relating to auction and decision of the final bid. The decision of the undersigned shall be final and binding. Changes, if any, due to unavoidable circumstances will be communicated.
7. The Employee of the department and their dependents are not eligible to participate in the auction.
