Adobe Connect Guest Access

Go to the following URL:

Make sure “Enter as a Guest” is selected /
Enter your name in the text box and then click “Enter Room”
(circled in red in the example to the right) /
Once you see this Page, you are connected to Adobe Connect for the High Tunnels event /
If you do not see the above page / It has been discovered that Adobe Flash Player 10 Does not work with Adobe Connect. If you do not see the above page and you get a message that instructs you to download Flash Player 8.000 or above, please follow the below directions.
Go to the following URL /
Toward the bottom of the page, click on the link “Flash Player Uninstaller” /
Once you click above you will be taken to the following screen. If you get the blue bar across the top of the page “To help protect your security….”, click on the bar and click on “Download File”

Next you will see a Dialog box pop up, click on “Run”

Next you will get a Security Warning, click on “Run”

Now you will see the Flash Player Uninstaller, click on “Uninstall”

This will complete the Uninstall of the Flash Player that you had installed on your computer.
Next you will need to install Flash Player version 9
Next you will need to download and install Flash Player 9, go to the URL to the right /
Toward the bottom of the page click on “Macromedia Flash Player 9” /
Once you click above you will be taken to the following screen. If you get the blue bar across the top of the page “To help protect your security….”, click on the bar and click on “Download File”

Next you will see a Dialog box pop up, click on “Run”

Next you will get a Security Warning, click on “Run”

After clicking run follow the on screen instructions to complete the install of Flash Player 9.
